Moving a session
To move a session, open the day you want it on, choose the session there and save. Then make the old day a rest day. You edit days, not arrows between them, so you always see exactly what each day will hold.
Move a session to another day
- Tap Plan, then tap the day you want the session on. Its day sheet opens.
- Tap the session block (or Choose a session on an empty day). A list opens, grouped by effort, showing only sessions your gear supports.
- Pick the session. You return to the day sheet with it chosen. Nothing is saved yet.
- Set the Time if you want one. It is optional.
- Tap Save.
- Open the day the session came from and tap Make this a rest day.
Changed your mind before saving? Cancel on the list returns to the sheet unchanged, and Cancel on the sheet returns to your week.
Change the time only
Open the day, change Time and tap Save. Your usual start time for every day is on More, then Training days.
Two sessions on one day
A day can hold two sessions. On the day sheet, tap + Add a session and pick the second one. When the first session has a time, Axial Fit fills in the second one's time right after it. You can change it. Two is the most a day can hold, and two sessions cannot start at the same minute.
Each session has its own Remove on the sheet.
When Axial Fit would place it differently
Your plan places what you ask for. If the new day puts two sessions too close, such as two strength days in a row, a short card says why your plan would space them and may offer to move it for you. You can take that offer or leave the week as you set it.
Hard cardio goes after strength, not right before it, so a hard session moved onto a strength day works best placed after the lift.
Today only
If you just want something different today, you do not need the Plan. On Today, open Adjust today and tap Other workouts. Pick strength, EMOM, Tabata, Intervals or another session your gear supports. When you pick strength, it takes the card, and today's planned session waits under Later today. See Adjust today.
Days you cannot change
- Past days are read only. A day already gone cannot take a session or lose one. If a planned session went unlogged, Today asks whether you did it.
- A week your coach holds reads only for you. Use Message your coach under your week to ask for a change.
Moving many days at once
- Away, under your week, makes every day from today on a rest day.
- Copy to next week repeats this week next week.
- Templates saves a week by name so you can apply it to another week.
For how a suggested week is laid out in the first place, see How your week is planned.
