Train the way you want.

Adaptive sets your plan from the evidence, explains every change, and helps you do a little better each week.

How it works
A woman holding a plank on a bare wooden floor in a bright room, with no equipment around her.

Made for real life

Start with what you have. Grow from there.

Whether you’re getting back into training or starting for the first time, this is for anyone who wants to train well without wasting time. You don’t need a gym. You need a floor, whatever is already in the room, and a plan that fits the day you’re having. Add equipment when you want to, and the plan grows with you.

  1. Tonight: a plan built from what’s in the room, even if that’s nothing.
  2. This week: your starting weight for every movement, found together, not guessed. Every set comes with the reason behind it.
  3. Two weeks in: your first benchmark to beat, and a plan that has already adjusted to how you felt.

How it works

Three things, and then you train.

  1. A man in a red vest sitting on an indoor running track, smiling at his phone.

Set up in a few minutes

Tell Adaptive what you can train with, how often you want to train, and what you are working towards. It builds your first plan from that.

  2. A woman sitting on a locker-room bench, leaning down to tie her shoe before training.

    Tap how you feel

Good or Not so good. Today adjusts to it.

  3. A man pulling hard on a rowing machine, the effort showing on his face.

Train for how you feel today

The session adjusts its weight and its volume to your answers, and it tells you why it changed.

Every set you save shapes the next one. When you’re ready, the weight goes up. When you’re not, it waits.

Built around you

It gets smarter every session

Every session you finish teaches Adaptive what you can do. Weights move up when you’re ready and hold when you’re not. Harder versions of a movement unlock when you’ve earned them.

Your goal shapes the reps, so building strength and losing fat don’t train the same way. Tell it the movements you prefer and the weights you already lift, and it starts there.

Train where you are

A living room, a garage, a gym. The plan fits the space and the equipment you have.

Features

What you get

A gray-haired man squatting in his living room, small dumbbells on the floor and a laptop on a stool beside him. A smiling woman doing a side stretch in her bright living room before a workout. A man sitting on his exercise mat at home, checking his phone, with a water bottle and an ab wheel beside him.

A plan built on current exercise science.

Movement patterns, ranges and progressions come from the published evidence, and every change tells you why.

Short on time? It pairs exercises before it drops any.

Push with pull, upper with lower, so you keep the work and lose the waiting.

A safety check before hard efforts.

A few health questions, once. If something hurts, you stop; pain never pushes the plan harder.

Cardio you can measure.

Walks, rucks, rowing, bike intervals, EMOM and Tabata, each tracked.

It recommends. You decide.

Every session is a suggestion with a reason. Swap a movement, make it shorter, or start anyway.

Train with your coach.

When a coach invites you, they can see your plan and adjust it. You choose what they can see.

Meet Eve

Ask Eve when you're not sure.

Eve is the AI assistant built into Adaptive. It knows your plan, your equipment and how your last sessions went, so its answers fit you.

  • Ask why your plan says what it says.
  • Swap a movement, or change today's gear.
  • Shorten, lighten, skip or move today's session.
  • Get a nudge back to your goal when you want to skip.

Eve explains and offers. Nothing changes until you tap to confirm.

Being built

What is next

  • Food tracking that’s easy. A food catalog, meals in a tap, no calorie counting.
  • People to train alongside. Groups, cheers, streaks with leeway.

Why

Not a cheerleader. A plan that works.

Plenty of apps keep you company and cheer you on. Adaptive helps you get better, on purpose: the plan follows the evidence, and every change is explained. It sets the next session from the last one and tells you why. No ads, no selling your data, no nagging.

The most from the time you have

Sessions are sized to the slot you have, with nothing padded to fill an hour.

Faster progress

The weight is set for how you are today, so it’s never too easy and never too much.

Less time figuring it out

Adaptive writes the program, picks the weight and decides when to move up, so all you do is train.

Fewer setbacks

Tell it about a sore shoulder or a rough night and today eases off, so a small ache doesn’t turn into three weeks off.
