Weigh-ins and photos

Log your weight, waist and progress photos from Progress. All of it is optional, private to you unless you choose to share it with a coach, and none of it ever blocks a workout.

Log a weigh-in

  1. Open Progress and tap Log a weigh-in in the Body section.
  2. Enter your Weight, your Waist, or both.
  3. Tap Save measurement.

The same page takes two optional readings:

  • Body fat, with what it was Measured with. It is shown only as a trend.
  • Resting blood pressure, as a systolic and diastolic pair. It is a record you keep for yourself; no rule in Axial Fit reads it.

You can also reach the weight field from Profile with Log weight.

Corrections

A saved measurement is never edited. If you typed a wrong number, log the right one. Your plan always works from the latest entry, and the history stays as it was.

Add progress photos

  1. Open Progress and tap Add photos.
  2. Tap Choose a photo. JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC files up to 15 MB work.
  3. Choose the View: Front, Side or Back.
  4. Add a setup note if you like, such as the room or the time of day.
  5. Tap Import photo.

Your first photo becomes a quiet baseline, not a judgment. Taking photos in the same place and light each time makes them easier to compare.

How often you are asked

When a weigh-in, a waist check or photos fall due, you get one message in your inbox, once for each time it falls due. Nothing appears on Today, and you can ignore it.

By default a weigh-in is due every 7 days, and waist and photos every 30 days. A new account is not asked for anything until its first interval has passed. To change how often, open Settings and set Weigh-in and Waist and photos under Measurement reminders.

Reading your trends

Progress shows your Weight, Waist and Photos rows with the last reading and its trend. Weight also has a 7-day average when you weigh in more than once a week, which smooths out day-to-day swings.

Goal weights

You can set a target weight on More, then Goal. Axial Fit refuses a date that would need you to lose more than about one percent of your weight a week, because past that the loss stops being mostly fat. It offers the earliest date that fits instead. It also refuses a goal weight lower than is safe for your height. The date only checks the pace: nothing counts down to it.

Who can see them

  • You. A photo is shown only to your own signed-in session.
  • Your coach, only if you allow it. "See your weight and waist" and "See your progress photos" are separate switches, and photos start off. Your coach never sees body fat or blood pressure.
  • No one else. No staff page shows your photos, weight or measurements, and Axial Fit never publishes a photo.

When you save a photo, Axial Fit removes the hidden details a phone stores in the file, such as where it was taken, and keeps only the picture. See Your data and privacy.
